National Volunteer Week: Volunteers of the Year
As a charity, Kids Help Phone relies on the passion and dedication of an outstanding team of volunteers who come together from across Canada to make Kids Help Phone the best it can be.
National Volunteer Week (April 10-16, 2016) is a time for us to say “thank you,” to recognize and celebrate the volunteers who generously donate time, energy, and talents to Kids Help Phone.
Whether you are volunteering at an event like the Walk so Kids Can Talk presented by BMO, taking part in a committee or advisory panel, or helping out at one of our offices, every Kids Help Phone volunteer brings something special to our team.
Each year, outstanding volunteers are nominated for a Volunteer of the Year award within their region. Awards are determined through a rigorous selection process, which is currently underway.
We’ll be announcing the recipients later this spring, but in the meantime, we’d like to thank each and every one of our volunteers for the outstanding work that they have achieved at Kids Help Phone.
